March 1 -12th , 2012:  Journey to Monte Verde, Brazil, we will fly from LAX or your respective city to Sao Paulo,
Brazil. From there we will utilize ground transportation to Monte Verde(a mountainous area).  This trip is for
those wanting to go on their first  mission trip or seasoned missionaries. We will have training which will cover
methods of witnessing, performance outreach through arts & sports.  There will be opportunity to minister to the
needs of the people and communities. If you know Spanish it will be very easy to communicate, we will have
translators. Included in the cost is airfare, lodging, transportation, two meals/day. There will be optional
sightseeing and shopping activities available. Estimated Cost : $2650.00, $300.00 non- refundable deposit
required by January 25th, 2012.

Fred and I have partnered with Lay Witness for Christ International for the UK missions outreach.  We met Sam
and Sharon Mings in Beijing. We were and are very impress with their tenacity and commitment to Christ.  Pray
and ask the Lord if this is a mission that God wants you to participate with. If God has placed a stirring in your
heart to provide hands-on ministry and outreach during the XXX Games of the Olympiad in London, we invite you
to read the information on this page and prayerfully consider joining our team. We are not a part of the Olympics
– we are providing ministry in London during the time of the Summer Olympic Games. Our (lwfci.com's) sports
ministry has allowed us access to the world’s greatest athletes – this includes Olympians – but we are not officially
part of the Games.   A great opportunity to reach out to the world!
Here are some questions you may have:

1. What is the financial commitment?
To be considered officially registered to go you must pay a $250 deposit

Wilma will be  traveling to the UK - July 25 return Aug 13th. The cost for the 11-day-stay is $4,000.  The cost of the
21-day-stay is $6500.00. You may fund-raise your fees, or pay them all at once, but we need everyone to have
their fee paid by January 15, 2012. Donations can be made on-line to support your participation. Your fee
includes airfare (from DFW airport), lodging, transport and 2 meals a day while in London. It also includes
Olympic Uniform & apparel with your Name, Title or Leadership Role & your Ministry or Church Name
monogrammed on the uniform & also on Staff Shirts.(Your Fee for 10/11-day-stay WITHOUT THE DFW-FLIGHT IS
$2300.00) or (Your Fee for 21-day-stay WITHOUT THE DFW-FLIGHT IS $4800.00)Each participant is responsible
for their flight from LAX to London Heathrow.

2. Do you help me with my fund-raising?
If you are interested in attending, we ask that you go to

application  to complete the application. Once you have made the $250 deposit, we will issue you a letter of
recommendation as well as a press release that you can use to publicize your fund-raising. Contributors can
donate on-line or by check made out to LWFCI. Send checks to: Lay Witnesses for Christ / P.O.Box 127 / Hurst,
Texas 76053-0127. Have the donor attach a note to the check with your name on it. (Don’t write your name on the
check).

3. What will we do in London?
Each day of the Olympic Games, we will hold events all over the city. Some of these will include Olympic athletes,
some will include the many terrific ministers, musicians, entertainers, pastors, prior Olympic champions, world-
class athletes and more. Events will occur in various locations, most happening at host churches who have
partnered with us. You can expect to be assigned to a specific ministry team at one of our locations in London.

4. I have a specific gift (music, drama, storytelling, etc.). Can I use my gifting as I serve?
As you complete your application, please communicate to us if there is a specific area you have talents. We need
our entire team to be missions-minded, we will use team members to their strengths.

5. What are the dates?
11-Day Team 1: Leaves July 25 return Aug 4
10-Day Team 2: Leaves Aug 4 return Aug 13
21-Day Team: Leaves July 25 return Aug 13

JULY 1-9TH, 2012 - BELGIUM Missions outreach
This is a wonderful family conference in Europe.  You will minister with us and the rates are reasonable because
hotel & food are a package deal. It's estimated cost: 450 euros/person  for seven nights and 14 meals
breakfast/dinner. Please review the dates are July 1st -9th, 2012. Plus you must get your own airfare to Brussels
BRU airport and arrive June 30th in the afternoon. Transportation will be provided to and from the mountain
resort location.  Estimated total cost of mission trip with flight from  LAX to BRU is $2300.00.
